Surface clean: Blast up to ISO Sa 2.5 or above with anchor depth of 50-80μm.

Pipe preheating:----electrical induction heating pipe to  230℃

（the temperature just for reference，the ideal condition based on the practical test）

Application method:40-120KV electrostatic spray

Recommended film thickness: primer(FBE-II) 300μm.

Shortest interval before quenching:90s(230℃)

Theoretical coverage: 0.432kg/m²(300μm)

Coating repair: Patch mending with BH-100 solvent free epoxy coating. Rough the

surface of the repaired area before application..

Storage: The storage life of the powder is 12 months at 25℃,65% RH. Lower

temperatures and humidity are preferred and the temperatures should not

exceed 33℃.
